I am Mark, a co-founder of Onion Training Academy. My journey in technology began in the 1980s aboard HMS Repulse in the Royal Navy, an experience that sparked a career-long commitment to software quality. Over the last thirty years, I have provided software testing expertise to global organisations such as Sony, Swisscom, Nokia, EE and Plume.

Throughout my career, I have managed diverse projects and worked alongside professionals from all backgrounds. My focus at the Academy is to ensure our software testing course delivers the practical, industry-aligned skills that schools and career-switchers need to succeed. I also bring a strong background in digital strategy, helping to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of modern EdTech.

Outside of software testing, I have a passion for engineering and motorsport, specifically building and racing cars. I also value time spent with my family and hiking with our dog.
