- Managed Stage (Level 2): Basic practices are established; some level of documentation exists but lacks consistency across projects.
- Defined Stage (Level 3): Processes are standardised across projects; documentation is comprehensive; best practices are shared among teams.
- Measured Stage (Level 4): Quantitative metrics guide decision-making; performance is monitored continuously; improvements are data-driven.
- Optimising Stage (Level 5): Continuous improvement initiatives are in place; innovative practices are adopted regularly based on feedback from stakeholders.
