Here’s how the refund amount is calculated:
- The refund will be based on the full cost of the course fee paid on joining (Standard or VIP package).
- Additionally, the percentage of the course (Unleash Your Inner Tester: Learn The Essentials, Dominate The Industry) completed prior to your cancellation request will be taken into account.
For example, if you have completed 20% of the course (Unleash Your Inner Tester: Learn The Essentials, Dominate The Industry), you will receive a refund equivalent to 80% of the fee paid.

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account page, but due to the nature of the Service, no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, excluding the 14 day money back guarantee as stated above.
Upon cancelling you will still have access to your account, including all content up to the date of cancellation. You will no longer have access to the community or any future courses once the memebership is cancelled.
The 14 day refund period only applies to your first membership and cannot be used more than once.
No partial refunds are given should you terminate your membership after 14-days.
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further.
